Inspired by popular premium timepieces, the MVP watch upgrade will also provide full protection to the edges and back of your Apple Watch, and the screen will be protected from the raised edge on the front. The case does not interfere with the functionality of the Apple Watch at all, with an integrated button and crown of its own, a small cutout so the microphone can hear commands clearly, and a space for the sensors to make perfect contact with your wrist.

The set includes a thin rubber case to put on you Apple Watch before inserting, a two part case (front case and caseback), as well as 4 screws and a screwdriver to screw the front case and caseback together.

Compatible with Apple Watch Series 4, 5, 6 and SE only.

WARRANTY

All Watches and jewellery are covered by a two-year warranty. This warranty covers functional parts of the watch. The warranty excludes any form of accidental damage, damage due to negligence or misuse or general wear and tear.

SHIPPING

All orders should arrive within 1-7 working days after placing the order. The order will be shipped via FedEx International Express for International orders, and Courier It for local orders. After your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking details to track your order as it makes its way to you.

Free shipping is available on all orders over R799.

RETURNS

Free returns can be claimed on items that qualified for free shipping. The return must be initiated no later than 30 days from delivery. We will only accept returns for unwanted items if they are unworn and in the exact same condition they were in when leaving our warehouse. Returns will not be accepted for jewellery, watches, glasses or straps that have been worn at all.

Before organising a collection for your return, we may ask for photos of your order to confirm that the item is in an un-worn condition. Please note that the refund will only be given once the product has been received and it is physically verified to be unworn and undamaged. If the item is considered "worn", the refund and return will be void. Expedited shipping, VAT and duties are non-refundable since this money is not received by Colton James.

Note that items bought under a sale or the use of discount coupons still qualify for a refund, however the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.
