It is worth noting that our rings use a sterling silver band which is softer than more expensive resizeable precious metals and should be cared for properly, with careful attention towards avoiding bumps to the prongs holding smaller stones. Damage / stone loss due to negligence is not covered by the warranty, as would be the case for Diamond rings bought from jewellers.

Gold plated rings require particular care, as plating can naturally be removed or stripped due to lifestyle, basic chemicals and exposure to moisture. Our gold-plated jewellery features a plating thickness of 1.5 microns, slightly thicker than industry standard of 0.5-1 micron, but this will still require re-plating on a yearly basis at the very least. Please always try prevent dents and scratches as sterling silver is a softer metal - this kind of damage can speed up plating loss dramatically. Plating loss is not covered by warranty.

RETURNS

Unwanted rings may be returned to us provided the product, packaging and all contents are returned in the same condition in which they were sent.

Free returns are not available for sizing exchanges - all rings are resizeable (a service available at your nearest jeweller). We will always recommend taking your ring to a jeweller for a sizing adjustment regardless, as the perfect size often lies half or even quarter sizes between full sizes.
